Foam Cutting and Fabrication Equipment

Last week I went to a movie at the "Transilvanian Film Festival" and I was impressed by the set. Beeing an engineer I wonder how they managed to create such impressive columns and with such shapes and contours... Yesterday I have found the answer in a website: everything is made of foam that is cut with custom foam cutting and fabrication equipment. They use contour cutters, slabbers and downcutters, automatic wire setters, arch jig, shaping tables and specific foam cutters. I was just impressed...
